My name is Emily Gray. I am an amateur astronomer volunteering for the Eclipse Ambassador Program, a NASA sponsored program run by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.This program has provided me with activities, eclipse viewers, and training for making this event as much fun as it will be educational. As an Eclipse Ambassador, my purpose is to provide easy to digest information about eclipse. I have been issued many materials to assist in this including three fun activities, solar glasses, coloring sheets, informational handouts (both in English and in Spanish,) a poster with diagrams for visual learners, online resources, a whiteboard, and candy of course!
